fisher price playdate

I was selected by House Party to host a Fisher Price play date.  Thousands of people applied to host and I got lucky and was selected.  We were very excited when this 60 lb. package arrived at our house.

What is inside this package?  I had a very happy helper!
Here are the goods:

Yes!  Yes I did get all this (over $300 worth of toys) for F-R-E-E!  What did we have to do to get it you ask?  First we applied for the party and were selected.  Then we had to invite 10 people by e-mail.  Next we hosted the play date.  Basically we invited our friends over for the ultimate play date and got to send them home with a cool favor bag courtesy of Fisher Price.  The favor bags each had  a coloring book, dvd, catalog, play tips and coupons for Fisher Price products.  Once the party was over I had to post a group picture of our play date attendees and take a short survey.  Easy peasy!

Thanks Fisher Price and House Party for the ultimate play date!  We had a blast!

luke's blessing day

We were so very blessed to have many family members come for Luke's blessing day.  We felt so loved and blessed to be able to share this day with those we love.  A huge thank you to everyone who made the time and effort to come and support us and those who supported us from afar (Indonesia).  Words cannot express our gratitude.

play ball!

This was Madelynne's first year of playing softball on a team. It was instructional, so the league really focused on teaching the girls how to play the game and working on their out field skills. Most of the girls already knew how to hit-it is everything else about the game they needed to learn. :)

madelynne's kindergarten graduation

The day Mommy and Luke came home from the hospital was Madelynne's kindergarten graduation.  Mommy and Luke stayed home and Daddy and Jackson went to celebrate Madelynne's successful completion of kindergarten.
The graduate.
Sitting at her desk for the last time.
After the graduation ceremony there was a BIG party to celebrate school ending.
Madelynne and her kindergarten teacher, Mrs. Grosel.  We could not have asked for a better teacher for Madelynne.  Mommy and Madelynne will both miss Mrs. Grosel a lot.  She made Madelynne's start to her school career incredible.  We are so grateful for the dedication and hard work of this awesome teacher.
This was our teacher gift for both Madelynne and Jackson's teachers this year.  We found out they both liked purple, so Mommy sewed two!  The note attached read, "Thanks for a 'tote-ally' awesome year!"
